Life sure can change fast
Wow. It is really amazing just how quickly life can change. Two and 1/2 weeks ago, we sat here, doing the same thing we've been doing for months- me studying, my husband watching tv all day. Then suddenly, one trip to the mail box has begun to change our lives dramatically. We found out my husband was approved for disability, we got our tax check, I got a job offer out of state, and it's all spinning wildly out of control around us. We're taking the job, bought a camper, trying to sell our house, and make some drastic life decisions all within the period of about 2 months. Amazing........

Car Commercials
I just watched one of the most ridiculous car commercials I've seen lately. Not that there aren't plenty of them out there. This one just hit me as being so totally unrelated to driving a car that I literally had this thought to come in here and start a brand new blog, just on some of the most ridiculous things in this world today, from my own small little opinion. The commercial I'm referencing starts out showing this dark haired woman, with something like a drum beat in the background. There's no movement in the screen basically until a piece of her hair blows in front of her face. Then the screen switches to this car driving very slowly down a city street. Doesn't give you any information about WHY this car is supposed to be so special, but somebody thought an awful lot of money was worth spending to put this junk on our tv screens for however many eternally long seconds this thing plays.
Okay!!!! Enough is enough. A LOT of our commercials today do this very SAME type of thing. You can NOT figure out what the heck the advertisement is even supposed to be for!!!!!!!!! PET PEEVE OF MINE~!
LOTS more on this later!
